    Hi. Yes, I have had experience in both and I believe Is it product owner than manager . Product Owner and Project Manager, though related to project management, have different focuses. The Product Owner is more focused on the strategic direction of the product while the Project Manager is more focused on the operational aspects of project execution. The product owner works with customers, defines product goals, prioritizes functionality, and defines the overall product vision. The project manager, on the other hand, is responsible for planning, budgeting, resource management, and time control of the project.
